Privacy policy
The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run your account and your Radar alerts, we never sell it, and you stay in control.
What we collect
Account basics: your email address, the display name you choose, and the preferences you set (country, profile type, interests, Radar groups and notification level). If you sign in with Google or GitHub we receive the basic profile those providers share. TryTrick is a 100% free platform and never collects payment card numbers or processes billing.
How we use it
To run your account, match tricks to your profile, send the Radar notifications you opted into, and keep the community (discussions, submissions) working. We do not sell your data, and we do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.
Radar alerts and optional digests are service emails tied to your notification preferences; marketing email is separate and only sent if you explicitly opt in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can pause or change delivery any time in Settings.
What is public
Your display name and anything you post (discussion topics, replies, submitted tricks) is public. Your email address, country and notification preferences are not shown publicly.
Storage and retention
Account data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel/Cloudflare and Supabase) for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal preferences; public posts may remain with the author shown as removed.
Your choices
You can view, edit or export your data and delete your account from Settings. For data requests that are not covered there, contact us and we will handle them directly.
